Inti Punku is a small Inca construction at the top of a 3.900 meter hill overlooking Ollantaytambo. On this scenic hike, you will enjoy the views of the Urubamba River, the Ollantaytambo Archeological Site and stunning views of the Veronica Mountain.

Your tour will begin at 5:00 am, with private transportation from Cusco. After a short drive to the trailhead, we start to hike up for 3 hours to the Sun Gate. Along the way you will pass through the Inca Quarry, where the Incas mined and shaped the massive stones that make up the Ollantaytambo fortress. Once at the Sun Gate, you will enjoy the amazing view of snow-capped mountains, especially the spectacular Veronica Mt.
